Today I have started a new blog called shivasnotes.com. This blog is to help me keep track of my journaling, habits, and accountability. I have wanted to do this for a while, but I kept coming up with excuses. Nevertheless, I am happy I got started.
In this blog, I plan to write on my challenges like the 30-day challenge, rant on random topics like productivity, health, fitness, hobbies, mindsets, business, or whatever I feel like writing on. There is no goal other than writing regularly. Over time the blog most likely will channel into subjects I am passionate about like mathematics, programming, electronics, and science stuff.
The purpose of writing is to help me streamline my thought process, unravel knots in my thinking, and get my thoughts in writing. I generally come up with random ideas. It will be good practice to jot them down. Blogging is such a beautiful art form anyone can do. I have been blogging on and off on ANTSAND but want to do this more consistently.
So what did I do today?
Overall I felt it was a good day. I Got up early to program on ANTSAND, which is always my top priority. Today being the 1st day of my physical training, I started with mission one, day one of the Tacfit Commando program. I have done this fitness program in the past, so I know what to expect. Doing this program for the 2nd time should get me to the fitness level I want. Which is, be more flexible, leaner, have more strength, and increase my stamina. My goal in fitness is to look, move, and feel like a fighter. It is not a very specific goal when I say it like that, but the program has all the ingredients to help me reach my goal.
After my fitness, we went to do grocery shopping. After we got back, I bought my domain and started this blog.
I also took the time to write on how I should plan my day and have a more structured timetable. I will write more about this soon in my next blog.
And finally, I am progressing well on creating "don't break the chain rule" to track my habits. I will mostly record good habits like fitness, cooking, or my hobbies. I might also track things like how often I get headaches, etc. "Don't break the chain rule" will be built as a feature in ANTSAND forms allowing anyone to create their own chain rule.

Towards the end of the day, I am writing this blog and will finish up my evening routine, which is to take care of the cat litter, brush my teeth, plan for my next day and go to sleep.
