Today was client day. I got up early at 5:00am, had a shower and got to work on client work. I am working on a website for a clinic. The design needed a few elements that were not readily available in ANTSAND. so I had to progam a few features in. I worked for a few hours before I had a call with my business partner. After which I did my cycle 3 of tacfit commando. The fitness side of things is going good. I feel my body is improving, getting fitter and stronger.
After exercising, I had a quick shower. After which I got hungry so I had an early lunch. After lunch I got back to doing client work and working on ANTSAND. Generally both go hand in hand. A bit of client work requires working on ANTSAND. I did feel a bit drowsy around 3:00pm or so, so I took a quick nap.
Overall it was an average day. I wanted to get the client work completed today but I still have a bit of work left. I need to get it done by tomorrow 10:00am. After which I need to work on gettting the radios to work and completing my machine learning assignment.

What could improve?
I am not able to sustain a very high level of concetration for a very long period of time. I need to figure out a way to not just get started working, but how to recover quickly from a break or distraction. This should be my focus in the next few days. The time I take to recover into full concetraion after a break.
