Oh, today was an exhausting day. Not physically, but emotionally.
My day started like any other day. Woke up early, passed motion, which is good. Not too constipated. Had a shower and got to work. Today is solder day. Which is, the day to solder another radio and get the two radios talking. Unfortunately, the soldering did not go as well as I planned. In 2014, I had bought enough components to make 10 radios. I soldered one in 2014 it self, but never tested it. I only started to test the radio recently and it worked. For this radio to communicate over the air, there needs to be another radio to recelive the messages. This is why i needed to solder another radio.
The 1st mistake I made was I soldered the chip upside down. I tried changing the position but it did not work. So I soldered another chip. This time eveything works, except two of the pins are connected to eact other. This is not good.I need a solder braid to fix the solder bridge. I ordered a pair of solderbridge from ebay. I thought my 2nd soldering worked. Till I saw the signals and realized two of the pins are showing exactly the same signal. This means they are somehow connected.
What is my plan now?
1. i will work with the nordic NRF24l01+ radio.
2. Get the motor working .. if something moves, it kinda seems like the project is moving a head. Atleast, visually
3. Get the sesors working.
The goals it to do with what I already have. I will work with the LPC1769 from tomorrow onwards.
