Embedded system programming is tedious. Sometimes things work fast and quickly, sometimes they just take time. My progress this month has been very very slow. I have switched from working on the nrf24ap2e to the nrf24l01+. The latter is easier to configure. I want to get the radio working by the end of the month. .. Hopefully I can get something working soon.

My fitness is going well. I have completed 27 days of cycle 1. Tommorow is the last day of cycle 1. I am happy I have stuck to it for 28 days.. My constipation is still there. Hopefully I recover by the end of the week. I had a back discomfort yesterday. Today I did not feel that much of a discomfort. But it probably has got to do with my posture. If my back does not get better, i may need to see the chirorpractor.
