Root Vegetables

Today, the 27th of December (Sunday) was a normal day. Got up around 7. We did our recycling before I joined my mastermind. The mastermind session was good. Chill, relaxed and we just spoke on few different topics. One of the books that was recommended was Siddhartha y Herman Hesse. Another interesting blog that was mentioned was neilonsoftware.com .

After mastermind, I did feel a bit lazy and did not want to do much. I did connect the lpc1769 back to my P.C to add more code. In the evening we ordered some drinks and that did not sit well in my tummy. I ordered a mango smoothie and it caused a bit of upset. My backpain that started the day before due to the ball roller (masage ball) started to get a lot better. We were tempted to order food but thankfully we did not. I need to have a stronger mind. I should not be tempted to order food. Convenience always wins. Hence it is important for me to setup the kitchen so that it is easy for me to cook.

Eventually I did make root vegetables. My tummy problems are still not healed. So it is important I stick to a diet that is very rich in fruits and vegetables. No outside food for a month or so. More exercise, yoga and more breathing.

I also spent quite a bit of time reading about the Wright Brothers. I can relate to a lot of their stories. It is a wonderful book.

Lessons learned today.
1. Do not be tempted to eat outside food. Think of tummy, health and well being
2. Cooking root vegetables is not that difficult. Make it more often. And it is quite tasty.
3. When bored, reading a book like the Wrigh Brothers is a good use of time.
4. When stuck and do not want to work, do something small. Which I did. Connected the microcontroller to the P.C and made some small changes. Updated PWM frequency(50 Hz) and pulse width (4%).
5. I also worked on updating the schematic. I tried to 1st update it using Eagle, then ported it to Altium and again back to Eagle. The files are not porting properly. So I stuck with Eagle.
6. Make a meal plan for the week.
7. Have not written a journal entry for the last 20 days. I need to keep at it. It is important.
