Working on ANTSAND

Today is ANTSAND day. Monday and Tuesdays is where I will dedicate my time on ANTSAND. I got up today around at 6:00am. Went to the toilet, brushed my teeth and got to work. Around 9:45 am or so, I did my TACFIT moderate intensity workout. It is always good to follow and stick to my fitness plan. In the coming new years, I will want to make fitness and my eating habits set. No more burping, farting and limit all my digestive problems.

For a long time I have been fine and did not bother much about my stomach issues. But as I get older these concerns must be dealt with appropriately. Afternnon walks, evening walks, running, cycling, proper diet, eating regularily, no skipping meals are all necessary for a healty lifestyle. I will be eating 3 meals a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the timing is critical. I must follow a set schedule.

Have tea + fruits + almosns or nuts regularily throughtout the day
Breakfast 7-7:30 am - follwed by sitting and working out at 9:00 am
Lunch 12:00 - 1:00 pm followed by sitting or going for a walk
Dinner 6:00 - 7:00 pm.followed by sitting or going for a walk

I must make a proper meal plan and stick to it religiously.

Anyways, I had a meeting at 1:00 pm with my business partner. We are working on launching ANTSAND soon. I am able to set up a blog for users who do not have a domain but still want to setup a blog. They now can do so.

My lunch was good. My body responded fine. Curd rice,with mustart seends, lentils(urud dhal) and root vegetables (carrots, potato and parsnip) .

Dinner was totally off. We ate late and it was not quite the meal I was hoping for. Also, I fet very sleep after dinner. I had to lie down and it caused my stomach to bloat a lot. To prevent that from happening, I could have a caffenated tea before dinner. This way I won't feel too sleepy.

I slpet at 9:30 pm and woke up around 11:30 p.m. I needed to brush my teeth. I ate an orange, browsed the internet and now writing my daily journal. Will sleep now. It is 12:55 a.m. Too LATE!!!
