3rd day of the year

Today, I got up at 5:00. Started to do the wim hof method week 1. It is going good. I feel great after each session. I want to get up earlier, perhaps at 4:30a.m so that I can get a head start on the meditation, breathing and yoga.

At 7:30 a.m I cooked Uppma for breakfast. Eating breakfast in the morning is a wonderful routine. It help me keep check of the time. This way I am aware what I am doing between hours. Before, I did not really have a routine. But now, keep my food habits in check, I plan my routine and work around those times. I feel great about it. I also feel my body is still healing from the digestive problems I have been having. So, having food timely is essential to my healing.

Regarding the quadcopter, I added a few additional interface codes, such as control the data logging to UART using wireless commands. There was a bug in the wireless command that needed fixes. Did spend a bit of time on it. Moving forward, I will be more aggressive with what I need to achieve in the day.

At noon, I ate rice, salmon, bamboo (Japanese style - cooked vegetables), carrots with yoghurt. The rice was mixed with lentils (Urud dhal) and mustard seeds.

For dinner, I cooked root vegetables - Potatoes, beets, carrots mixed with olive oil, rosemary herd with salt and pepper.

Goals for tomorrow:

1. Do wim hof
2. Cook and eat food at allocated times - 7-8 breakfast, 12-1 lunch 6:30-7:30 dinner.
3. Work on displaying floating point numbers on arduino
4. test quadcopter on stand and capture readings wirelessly.
5. Do analysis of the readings using filter algorims.
