Understaning the Kalman Filter

I am writing my Saturday and Sunday Journal together and a day later.

Saturday the 9th

On Saturday the 9th, I got up arund 6:30. I haev not done the Wim hof Breathing ever since I did my afternoon run and got a bad eye and head ache. I just wanted to take a day or two off from breathing. Which in the morning allowed me to spend time working. I had to reply to a friend which I did. It took about an hour to craft the letter.

At 9:00 a.m. I had a call with my old school friends. It was fun. Got to see them and learn how they are doing. One of them is doing their P.H.D in control systesm and too is working on drone technoogy. I believe we may be able to work together in the future.

At 11:00 am I had an accountability call with my other friend. I thought it was meaningful too. He presented his jobs to be done idea and really got me thinking. One of which he mentioned I was making the same mistake with my drone project. I thought that was a very good insight. He mentioned to first do some market research based on what your users may need first.

I will be focusing a lot more of my time in the coming months talking with the task force and emergency responders as to how I can make a drone that will help their mission. Also, anything that is A.I and autonomous should have great applications which is what I am betting on.

Later that day, I spent a lot more time studying the Kalamn Filter. Why it works the way it does and how I can implement it. I also have been thinking of ways I need to setup my experiments to perform system identification.

Sunday the 10th

I woke up at 5:30 am and did do the Wim Hof breathing. I has been three days since I last did it. After which, I studied a bit more on the Kalman filter. Then we had to go grocery shopping. At 10:00 am to12:00pm I had a call with my mastermind friends. I thought some of the discussions were good.

After which I again spent time learning the kalamn filter and understanding why the graphs were giving me the output they were giving. What happens when I change the parameters and how does it affect the estimates. Towards the end I cooked dinner and after which I went to bed a tab bit early.
